Please carefully read the steps below. If you do not follow these directions and have your roster registered and team fee paid directly to the league by the deadline, your team will not be entered in the league.
To get a team in the CPYBL league you must:
First, form your own team and have team members register on the MRA website. There is no individual player cost to register this but each team will need to play Mariemont Rec Association $100.00 which is the cost we must pay the CPYBL league to enter.
Provide the name a coach who is over 21 years of age.
Provide a roster to
no later than November 12th.
Mariemont Rec Association will enter your team once each of the steps above are complete.
Each team is repsonsible for their own ref fees, team uniforms and balls. Uniforms must be an official basketball uniform with OHSHAA approved numbers. 0-5, 10-15, 20-25, 30-35, 40-45 and 50-55.
Once entered, each player must and coach must sign a league waiver on the CPYBL website. If the waivers are not completed by the first game, your team will be forfeited by the leaugue. There is a $50.00 fee for each forfeit. If your team forfeits due to waivers not being signed, you must refund MRA the fee or your team will be removed from the league.
